Duncan's Team
History
In 1956, Elmer "Dunk" Duncan embarked on a new business venture with the desire to provide Mahoning Valley homeowners with the highest quality materials, products and workmanship. After focusing on plumbing and heating work for commercial and residential contractors, Elmer soon discovered there was a need in the area for a quality-driven kitchen and bath remodeler. He soon opened a showroom to meet that need and E.H. Duncan, the Bath and Kitchen Center opened in Poland.
Elmer's son, Tom, joined his father in 1974 as a plumber, and soon earned his Master Plumbing license while establishing the firm's heating and cooling division. Responding to growing demand, Tom created a room addition division and became this area's Anderson Window and Door Replacement Center.

Tom Duncan
The strong work ethic and dedication to the profession passed down from his father allowed Tom to achieve a number of professional milestones. Among them is the fact that he one of the only kitchen and bath remodelers licensed by the State of Ohio in plumbing, hydronics, electrical, heating and air conditioning.
Since 1987 the company has been under Tom's leadership and continues to be one of the most respected and innovate remodeling firms in the Mahoning Valley. He has established a Barrier Free remodeling division to service the growing needs of the aging population, allowing seniors to remain in their own home longer. He has instituted a "Go Green" program providing homeowners with environmentally friendly options for their remodeling projects.
The Duncan name has remained in the forefront of quality, value, craftsmanship and innovation. It's the standard that was set over a half century ago by Elmer Duncan. It's Tom's commitment to ensure that those standards never change.
