Our Process
Visiting Duncan’s Bath and Kitchen Center means customized attention from start to finish. Our experts take the time to get to know you and understand what your vision is for your home. When your project is in our hands, it becomes our dream, too, until it is completed and ready for your family.
Phase One: Your Showroom Visit
Your visit is our first chance to get to know you. One of our expert consultants will guide you on a tour of our showroom, learn about your decorating preferences and gather details about your upcoming project. Your personal consultant will pass this information on to one of our designers, who will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to arrange an in-home consultation.
If you have already been to our showroom, you may contact us by phone to request a consultation with one of our designers. If it has been awhile since you have visited us, stop in! We make it a priority to update our showroom often to reflect the latest trends.
Phase Two: The In-Home Design Consultation
During this consultation, you will see sample drawings, a portfolio of recent projects and have a chance to discuss design ideas, the extent of your project and even a preliminary timeline. There is no obligation to pursue your project based on this visit.
Your designer will use this information to create a design for your project, and invite you back to our showroom to view a scaled, detailed floor plan, elevation drawings, interpretive drawings, and specific project costs relative to this proposal. Questions? This is your chance to ask, so we can create a proposal that fits your vision.
Phase Three: Design Preparation and Documentation
A payment plan and deposit amount will be established. Upon ordering the project material, we will have a tentative start date.
